The second in our New England IPA exploring Beast series, Son of the Beast showcases Australian power hop Galaxy hops. Hops have been grown in Australia since colonization, and have been sought after by local and international brewers for their unique characters, none more so in the past decade than Australia’s very own hop variety Galaxy. Look forward to inviting aromas of tangerine, guava, ripe pineapple, citrus and candied orange sorbet, complimented by a soft bitterness and velvety mouthfeel.
