We are super pumped to be releasing our very first GINS. We teamed up with Swan Valley Gin Company and converted a batch of our multi award winning Grimster Rocks Pale Ale to create our very own beer based Gin suitably named “Ginster Rocks”
“Ginster Rocks” is a wonderfully balanced beer to gin creation which provides a delicate and harmonious reminder that this Gin was once upon a time our multi award winning beer “Grimster Rocks” Pale Ale. This spirit has been Infused with Juniper, Yuzu, Geraldton Wax Flower, Blood Orange with a little Scottish Heather bringing home a floral finish.
These ultra exclusive gins are available to pre order now with an expected delivery by early December once bottling and labelling are completed.
