We are pleased to present our first wild cultured beer release.

This Kriek style beer is a result of cultured & wild yeasts, including microorganisms found by the Swan River. A rich fruit flavour and hue is achieved by adding morello sour cherries to soak for some months on blended barrels of our Belgian style ale (Lambic), of which are a minimum age of 1+ years.

In summary, this special creation is a culmination of first class ingredients, the natural environment and time.

Each bottle is individually numbered and will form part of our yearly wild beer program.

This exclusive opportunity is limited to our 2021 run of only 720 bottles.
